Arrive from Incheon-S Korea on cruise ship on 10/27/18 & leave from PVG Shanghai airport on 10/29/18

We are US passport holders. We will arrive in Shanghai at 07:00 on 10/27/18 from Incheon-S Korea on the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship, stay in a Shanghai hotel for 2 days, then leave Shanghai at 11:00 on 10/29/18 from PVG airport. Would we qualify for the 72-hour visa-free transit?
