Booked to visit Taipei from 25/10/2018 to 31/10/2018, How will the weather be? Any typhoon?

According to the history weather condition, its average temperature in October may be about 25C. It would be sunny and cool and is the best time to take a visit. It may has the typhoon. I recommend to you to take the umbrellas or raincoat because it may be more rains in this area in this month. In a ward, you'd better pay more attention to local weather forecast
