About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

hi , I travelling from hong kong to Shanghai and onward to Vietnam .

but does the entry and exit port for a 144 hour needs to be the same airport or can i arrive in SH and depart from Hangzhou airport with a 144 hours visa.

Hi, Julie, you cannot enjoy the 144 hour visa free policy because Vietnam is not included in the list. You should apply for the visa in advance in your country.

hi,

i am not Vietnamese but from the UK . my travel plan is Hong kong -shanghai - vietnam . you are sure it will not work?

If you are from the UK and have British passport, then you are eligible for the 144-hour visa free policy.
