About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Exit to Hongkong

I am living in Shanghai and have a business visa for 6 months with 60 days stay in China. Is Hongkong valid as an exit?
So just go from Shenzhen to Hongkong and come in on the same day would help me to start the 60 days again?
