hi, i'm student in china, can i invite my friend for visit?

Hi sir/madam,, I'm a student in China from Pakistan, one of my friend from Pakistan want to visit China, is it possible to send an invitation letter? And which type of visa my friend need to apply?

As I know, the embassy doesn't accept Pakistani individual applicants. So you cannot send an invitation letter to your friend. Your friend needs to buy a tour from a travel agency and ask the agency to apply the visa.
