About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hi. I am German and I will fly to Ulanbaataar for a week (from Frankfurt)

Then on to Beijing for 3 days, and back to Frankfurt. Do I qualify for the 144 VISA, even if I fly from Mongolia to BJ?
