About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

We are flying from Australia change plane in HKG and fly to Tianjin.

We arrive in Tianjin on 3rd of October and get on a cruise on the 7th of October
Do we qualify for the 144hr visa?
