how to extend s1 visa in Beijing

hello . i got x1 and my 3 old son got s1. i am studying in capital Medical university. would you please let me know what is the procedure for extend s1 from local public security bureau .do i need any document from school.（school is not helpful even little）

Hi, both you can apply for residence permit after entering China. If your son's residence permit is still valid, there is no need to extend the S1 type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China.
