Multi entries for 10 years

Hi I have heard Chinese embassy has started issue 10 years multi entries visa. Is it true? I don't see that option on the visa application form. Could anybody kindly let me know, please?

Yes, as I know, the Canada passport holders can apply for 10-year visa for mainland China. You can apply for that from the CVASC in your country. You can tick Other (Please specify) in the application form, and then type Multiple entries valid for 10 year from the date of issue.
