You can take the airport express at the second floor of No. 3 Parking Building in Terminal 3 and get off at Dongzhimen Station. Then take the metro line 2 inner ring at Dongzhimen Station and then get off at Changchun Street Station. It may take about 1.5 hours and about CNY30.
