Visa requirement to travel from Guangzhou to Macau/Hong Kong

I want to travel from Guangzhou to Macau and from Guangzhou to Hong Kong (on separate days) as I am holidaying in Guangzhou and I hold an Australian passport. Do I need a multiple entry/exit China visa to travel between these places (on separate days)?
