About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

A-B-C then C-B-A?

Is there a restriction on the number of times a 144hr VFT can be used, or a minimum time between uses? If I wanted to fly from London to Hong Kong via Beijing could I fly back say 5 days later Hong Kong to London via Shanghai or Beijing again? Basically I would be having 288hr VFT in two weeks. Apparently it resets itself once I leave mainland China?

There is no restriction on the number of times a 144hr TWOV can be used. London-Beijing-Hong Kong and Hong Kong-Shanghai or Beijing-London are fine for applying the free transit. Nice trip.
