Guangzhou South Station Ticket Collection

This is indeed case by case. I found a counter in Beijing West Station for English service and it only takes a few minutes. At Chengdu South Station, I have to wait in a long queue which takes nearly 30min I guess. The line moves too slow!

In fact the best way is to collect all your tickets together at the first station or even days in advance instead of waiting in line for each stop.
