About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Transfer from internation flight to domestic flight at Beijing Capital Airport

Will be flying in from SIN to PEK T3 by SQ reaching at 1440Hrs, and will be taking Air China at T3 to XIY at 1715Hrs. will it be enough time, and we need to check out and check in again?
