Visa extension more than 30 days

Hey!
Im an Austrian citizen and currently have a double entry L with 30 days stay each. nonetheless, I need an extension of more than 45 days.. Is the maximum amount of extension days given 30? or it depends on the visa type you have ( as in I will get 30x2 since the initial visa was a double entry?)
