Use two Free entry visa

I have a Russian paasport. Will arrive from Moscow to PDV (20-OCT), the same day I should take a cruise starting from Shanghai, going to Japan and then returning back to Shanghai (25-OCT). The same day after cruise I should fly from PDV to Ho Chi Ming (Vietnam). Do I need to prepare a visa or could use Free 144 hours free stays? Thank you in advance!
