About:China Visa

Enter Shenzhen and Shanghai, two separate visa's (-on-entry) ?

I wish to enter and exit Shenzhen, day one; then enter and exit Shanghai, day two. I know that a Port Visa is easy for Shenzhen. Can I ALSO get a "Port" (VOA) for Shanghai, a day or two later?

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot get Shanghai port voa. You are advised to apply for a visa beforehand.

Also you cannot travel between Shenzhen and Shanghai on a port visa. You must enter shenzhen by land/water (not by plane) and cannot leave Shenzhen area. The cost is the same as a Tourist L so better to apply in advance for that
