I am flying from Hongkong to Beijing is the 144-hour visa located in the airport?

There is no 144 hour visa. If you’re in transit to a third country (not Hong Kong and not China) you may qualify for 144 hours transit without visa. If you’re returning directly back to Hong Kong you need a visa.
