About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

south korea - shanghi - hongkong - south korea, Can I get the 144hs transit visa at SH?

My flight plan is south korea - SH (3 nights) - hongkong(5 nights) - south korea. All Flights are different.Can I get the 72hs or 144hs transit visa at arrival the SH airport?? Thanks.
