From pudong aurport to hongqio railway station

What routes should i take and what stops should i get of and change line.
Btw i ll arrive a pudong airport 2300 hours.
So whats the best possible and safe place to stay for few hours.
And should i book ticket in advance for the fast train to bengbu or is it easily available on counter for next train.
