Tour guide and where to stay

Hi,i have some questions:
1.Is it possible if we going there without tour guide?if can't how to get the tour guide and how much it'll cost?
2.I'm planning to stay nearby the mountain,can u suggest the accommodation?
3.Will the cableway bring us to the top of the mountain or only halfway?

1. Yes, it's ok to go there without a tour guide.
2. There is a hotel in the scenic area and it is near the gate. The phone number is 0871-68947299.
3. It stops only on halfway.

Tq for your replying.I have 1 more questions regarding cablecar.Since it's just stop at halfway,its already got snow at that area or I need to hike to the top to see the snow?
