About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Can I use the free 144 hour visa for my vacation?

I am traveling to Shanghai staying for 2 nights, then cruising to Japan for 8 nights, then back to shanghai for 1 night, would I qualify for the 144 transit visa

Are you 100% sure Jack.?Some ones told me that my sixth day will expire whilst I'm cruising,so I will be denied boarding or I will have to fly home from Japan...I fly to Shanghai on 15th of September..

The 144 hours resets every time you enter China. As long as you are leaving Shanghai to a third country, you won't need a visa.
