S1 Visa for Husband & Baby.

I have got my admission on Scholarship in China. I have 18-month-old baby. It's hard to leave him alone with his father. I want to take my baby along with me to China and proceed with my husband visa too. But i don't have a valid Residence permit of China. I want to apply for both of them with myself. Will my application be entertained?

I have only Admission Documents. What other documents should i have except my invitation to them?

To apply for Chinese S1 type, it is required to provide passport, passport-style photos, completed application form, an invitation letter from you or from your school, as well as the baby's birth certificate and other requirements.
