Booking tickets for Hong Kong - Guangzhou High Speed Trains

Why cannot book the ticket for Hong Kong - Guangzhou High Speed Trains online now? there is a choice for High Speed train, but when I click that choice, it doesn't work.

The sale haven't open for the new high speed rides yet. Some online news says the sale would be open on Sep 10. I suppose the schedule can only be seen after the sale date.
