How can I take tourist visa?

Hello I want to visit my friend in Japan for just a week. I am a Ghanaian and a student in Changchun. Wanted to knwo if I can get the visa from shenyang since it’s closer to me ?

Hi, first, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in China, studying certificate as well as other required documents. Then, try to contact an appointed travel agency to make the application.
