About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

American, wanting to visit Shanghai for a night on my home from Bangkok through Tokyo

So I can fly from Bangkok to Shanghai and on to Japan the following day

If you would travel like Bangkok-Shanghai(over 24 hours and less than 144 hours)-Japan, you are eligible for 144h twov in Shanghai. Nice trip.
