business visa denial at china visa office in abuja

Question

Is it fair to be denied business M after the person have provided all documents required and he went for biometrics, paid application fee and got appointment for interview only to be denied visa because of not coming with old passport, which he opted to provide but was ignored, an old passport that  has known direct bearing on the entry permit application?

Feel sorry for what happened to you, but sometimes, the consular officers may deny the application without giving any reasons. What one can do is to wait and try again. Good luck.
