About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Denial of visa free transit

I read the on the Chinese embassy website they don't recommend using this visa free transit because the change to get denied is quite big. (I'm Dutch). Thoughts?

I'm not sure why the embassy website says that, millions of people do visa free transit no problems
