Where to collet the train tickets

I find three options while booking the tickets. Collecting the tickets by my self is one of the option. I am not able to find the location to collect the ticket.
Will it be the nearby Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station? Do I need to to stand in queue again to collect the tickets?
