About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

a spain pasport can stay 144 hrs, then 72 an then other 72 in every avalible visa free place

i have a spanish pasport can i stay 144 hrs in shangai an then fly to Beijing and spend 72 hrs an then fly to Tianjin and spend 72 and then fly to , , Chengdu and spend 72 hrs there an then fly to, Wuhan, and stay 48 hrs an then take a train to Guangdong ( Guangzhou, Shenzhen) stay 48 hours an then fly to tahiland spend 10 days in tahiland and come back to Beijing to fly back home,

No. You cannot do that. The eligible transit route for free transit policies is "A → B: one of three areas in Mainland China → C", and the international flights flying in and out of China – from A to B and from B to C – should be non-stop, without a stopover anywhere in Mainland China.
Eg:
× UK – Guangzhou – Shanghai - Hong Kong
√ UK – Guangzhou – Hong Kong - Shanghai - UK or another country or region instead of HK.
