About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Can I use the 144 hour visa free to tour the city of Shanghai?

Traveling back to the U.S. from Cambodia I have an 8 hr. layover. I have a visa only for Cambodia.

You are eligible for the 24- hour transit policy and just need to apply a stay permit in the airport. Have a nice trip!
