I'm a Filipino working and have a residense Visa here in UAE abu dhabi,
I do have 14hrs. layover in Shanghai, China. My fligt is from Dubai to China, China to Cebu Philippines. I would to know if i can qualify for a free transit to explore the City of China i would love to visit yhe great wall of China
