About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Duplicate Travelling Ticket

Dear Concern,
I had traveled on 10-08-2018 from Shanghai to Beijing and when i came back to job in Pakistan, company ask me for original ticket for reimbursement of the same amount. But i had lost my ticket somewhere in china. So, is there any way to get the duplicate ticket of above mentioned date?

However, we are sorry to inform you the paper ticket itself is for reimbursement, therefore, after departure time, the railway company cannot issue a replacement for reimbursement again. Hope for your kind understanding.

Thank you for quick response. Can China High Speed Train (Bullet Train) services issue a replica bill or invoice for amount reimbursement only?

We are sorry that the railway company cannot offer other replacement bill or invoice either. If you booked the ticket online, you may try to find the online booking record for a try. If you booked the ticket with a travel agent, you may contact them to see if they can offer your some booking record of the ticket. Hope for your kind understanding.
