About:China Postal Service

is there a duplicate for tracking number RC516626958CN?

I ordered a tv and I just received a silver dollar that had that tracking number on it and still no tv? What do I do? Who do I talk to to get this fixed?

I tried to twice. With no response. Im about to contact paypal and let them know because the payment went through them

You have fallen victim to a fraud or scam. I say this because one of the location of this item
shown on the map is a building near:

Jinghuifeng,
International street,
Fengbao Rd Fengtai,
Beijing, China.

This location is some kind of a hub of a Chinese group that run various scams from within China.

You should also try to contact your payment institution (PayPal, Credit card, Bank etc) to see if they can help you locate this item to get the right tracking number. so you should take action immediately. There are whole bunch of such fraudsters in China. They simply sit there to cheat people. Unfortunately due to the great distances involved in the internet commerce, it is quite hard to prosecute such fraudsters.
