About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

hi! my boss has a chinese visa issued on Jan 21, 2018 and it says enter before Jul 21, 2018. He travelled last Feb 4 to Feb 7, 2018. Is this visa still valid? Since it is for multiple entries, and it does not really show here the expiration of this visa.

"enter before Jul 21, 2018" is the expiration date. A new visa is needed.
