About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Arriving from cruise in early morning, leaving late same day. Where do I fill an Departure Card?

Is it at the airport in Singapore prior to cruise, or on cruise ship or at disembarkation of cruise in Shanghai?

You should fill it on the cruise ship before disembarkation.
