About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

is there anyway to get unblackliked

hi i was deported from china in December from china and blacklisted from china due to me losing my passport and not having a visa for four months is it possible to get unblacklisted to apply for a new visa and who can i contact if possible to solve this i tried an appeal with the consulate in my country but they say that there is nothing i can do

Maximum period for blacklisting is 10 years (however that varies from person to person) and there's no way for you to remove it earlier than that. Furthermore, there will be no guarantees to receive a visa even after your blacklisting period ends.
