About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa required for Indian holding Japanese resident card

Hello. My nationality is Indian and i am working in Japan on long term engineer visa. I have to attend conference in shanghai for 2 days. Can i get the 144 hour visa on arrival at shanghai airport?
