About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Can overstayer apply for student's visa

If i overstay for 4 years and i surrender to exit China, is it possible if i would go back to China if i apply for student's X and what if i already have the documents provided by the school in China..will i get approved?

That long time overstay record would affect your visa application to China. Thus, I cannot guarantee that you can get the student X type. You can contact the China embassy to inquire that if you are worried. Good luck.
