About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Chinese X2 visa

Hi im senegalese currently in shanghai on a M i'd like to apply for a 6months study visa in order to take chinese classes.
Is it possible to apply for it in malaysia and what are the requirements.

Maybe you can try to change the M type into student X type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to go to Malaysia for that.

Thks Simmons for the head up! But the new regulation resuires that you need to exit the country for most visa switches unless it's from Z to X1.

If so, you can try to do that from the CVASC in Malaysia. You may need to prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid visa in Malaysia, admission letter and JW form from the school.
