Flying from Canada to Shanghai via USA.

We are flying from Canada to Shanghai (Canadian Passports) staying one night in Shanghai and then taking a cruise out of Shanghai. Our first stop is Incheon in Seoul and then a day at sea and then docking in Beijing for 3 days. Do we need to get a Visa in Canada or can we use the 144 hour free transit for Shanghai and Beijing

If you will go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in Beijing, you can use the 144 hour free transit for Shanghai and Beijing. Nice trip.
