About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi Can I visit mainland china with a transit visa ?

I have a transit visa and transit time of 5 hours in Beijing, Can I enter the city with the transit entry permit and explore bit of China?

That is a very short transit, barely even time to leave the airport and come back again. stay within the airport is a smart idea even if you can leave
