About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

what happen if I over stay 40 minutes at Beijing Capital Airport. 144 hours plus 40 minutes.

Do I need a visa or visa free?

The 144h is not available in that case, and you need a visa for the trip!

The 144 hours starts at 00:01 on the day following the day of entry.
