About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 Hour Visa Free. Does this qualify for the 72 hour TWOV?

We depart Seattle (US) and arrive in Beijing at 7:50pm on 10/19. Then we depart Beijing on 10/22 at 7:40 pm for Hong Kong.
