Flying into Shanghai and taking a 14 days Cruze with stops in Japan, Taiwan, Philippines,

Flying into Shanghai to catch a Holland America Cruz ship for 14 days stopping at several other nations and ending in Hongkong to fly back to America.
Will we need visas?
