From Shanghai to cruse to Singapore

I am planning to take a cruise from Shanghi to Singapore or reverse. Do I qualify for a free visa? If so which one ?

Joanne, you can make use of 144 hour free transit in Shanghai if you travel like USA-Shanghai-Singapore. Nice trip!
