I can't event get Z Visa, is that the only way get M

Hi,
Currently my education level only as Diploma, but for the Z they are required needs to have Bachelor Degree, my partner are China local people, I'm trying to get a job at China and stay with my partner so that we can taking care each other no matter how, I'm so frustrated now, please do let me know what should I do, we are plan to stay China for the future living.
