About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

We live in Seattle and have close friends in San Francisco

We live in Seattle and have close friends in San Francisco, how can we indicate to the consulate that they are trusted to both drop off and collect our passports with the visas.

Both you and your friend's original passport and its copies are needed for submitting the application. Maybe you need to provide a power of attorney for that.
