separate bookings

Question

I booked taipei to Shanghai from china airline And Shanghai ro sydney direct flight from qantas airline separately. They have 48 hours difference in departing time.I believe I can not have printed checked in ticket from qantas when I arrive in Shanghai.Would I be able to get transit visa with only booking confirmation from qantas air??

As long as the booking confirmation from Qantas has the e-ticket number on it, Its 16 digits and starts with 081 (or 15 digits and starts with 81) that is what you need.
