About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

Indian Passport - Travelling from US

US to India flight via China Eastern. Layover in PVG (Shanghai) for 2h 50 mins. Will I need a transit visa?

Not returning via China.

No, you don't need it because you can use the 24h twov in PVG.
